Your content
You retain ownership of scripts, recordings, media, and exports you add to R3 Studio. You grant the service only the limited permission needed to store, process, back up, and deliver that content at your direction.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to violate law, intellectual-property rights, privacy rights, or another person’s access to the service. Do not upload malicious content, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with the infrastructure.
Browser processing and backups
Editing and export depend on the current browser, device resources, codec support, and available storage. Keep independent copies of important source files and verify exports before deleting originals. Cloud backup reduces risk but is not a substitute for your own archive.
Third-party services
Account authentication, storage, analytics, speech models, and optional voice generation rely on third-party providers identified in the Privacy page. Their availability can affect related features.
Plans and billing
Features and storage limits follow the plan shown in the product. Paid checkout, renewal, cancellation, refunds, taxes, and mid-term upgrades are governed by the terms presented when a subscription is purchased.
Service changes
Features may change as compatibility, security, and product behavior improve. Material changes to these terms will be reflected by an updated date on this page.
